Who we are

This site is operated by Unity-M (“we”, “us”). We provide marketplace management services for software vendors. For any privacy question, contact help@unity-m.com.

What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you:

Analytics data — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 records anonymised usage such as pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type, and how you arrived. Your IP address is anonymised. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Contact-form data — when you submit the contact form, we receive the details you type (name, work email, company, the marketplaces you select, and your message) so we can reply.

Cookies & consent

We use Google Consent Mode. No analytics cookies are set until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics stays off. You can change your mind any time by clearing this site’s cookies/site data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and provide our services.
To understand which pages and options are useful, so we can improve the site and our marketing.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us run the site.

Who processes data for us

Google Analytics (Google Ireland/LLC) — website analytics.
FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.
Google Cloud — hosts this website.
Email sent to any @unity-m.com address is forwarded to our team inbox.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil) you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email help@unity-m.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we update this policy we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
